We protect personal data using TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, firewalls, role-based access controls, and annual penetration tests performed by an independent provider.

Paid features are billed as displayed during checkout. Prices include VAT where applicable. You may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time. Prepaid amounts are non-refundable unless required by law.
All content, trademarks, and software of the Service are owned by Livinit or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. Livinit is not responsible for their content or practices.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Livinit and its affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable law.
You may delete your Account at any time. Livinit may suspend or terminate the Service or your Account with 30 days’ notice, or immediately in case of serious breach.
These Terms are governed by Ukrainian law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Commercial Court of Zakarpattia Oblast (Uzhhorod, Ukraine). Consumers in the EEA may also seek dispute resolution in their local courts under mandatory EU consumer-protection rules.
We may modify these Terms by publishing an updated version at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
